Most of the time this means doing amazing work for a great price; sometimes it means taking responsibility for a mistake and making it right; but it ALWAYS means that we will be honest, caring and respectful of our employees, vendors and customers. Simply put, Superior Air Duct Cleaning was started by family, for family.

Quality - We have the latest and greatest equipment which allows us to provide the most thorough cleaning. Using equipment/products from industry leading vendors such as Rotobrush, HyperVac, and Nikro Industries sets us apart in the quality of service we are able to provide. Most of our competitors only have 1 set of equipment to use on every home. We utilize multiple sets of equipment, from several different vendors, because each of them have a unique set of qualities that allows us to customize the cleaning to fit each system's unique needs.
Customer Service - A pile of things can make up a company's 'customer service', but to us, it's pretty simple: be respectful, honest, and understanding with everyone; treat every service like your job depends on it; stand behind your work. Here is what this looks like from day-to-day:
From the very first time you call in you will be treated with upmost respect and appreciation. We will take as much time as necessary to explain the cleaning process and answer any questions because YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO US! If you decide to schedule with us (and we hope you do!), we will show up to our scheduled appointment, on time, every time.
Upon arrival, our technicians will walk through the home with you and make sure that you have a clear understanding of what we will be doing. If you have any questions or special requests, we are always happy to take the time and explain or do what ever we can to meet your specific wants/needs.
When the job is complete our technicians will walk you through what was done, communicate any issues or concerns, and make any necessary recommendations. We guarantee our work so you can have peace of mind. We want you to be a customer for life, so you can count on continued support from us whenever you need it!
What WON'T we do?
- Use shady sales tactics such as the classic "bait and switch".
- Try and up-sell you once we get to your door. Our technicians do not have ANY incentive to sell more services/products. No commission. No sales competition prizes. No raises/promotions based on sales. Nothing!
Bob and I (Mike) are a father-son duo. Some people would say that working with family is their worst nightmare, but we love it (most of the time, at least)! Together, we have over 45 years of experience with grease and air duct systems ranging anywhere from cleaning to installation and repair. Who are we outside of work, though?
Bob and Tammie have celebrated over 35 years of marriage with 4 kids, 2 grandchildren, and 3 family dogs. Bob loves to spend time with family, watch sports, and go fishing!
My wife, Jessica, and I live with our 2 crazy cats; Ron and Harry. Similar to Bob, I love spending time with friends and family, playing sports (or any game for that matter), and being outdoors!
