Our base price includes full length cleaning of all main ducts, access panels (if necessary) and up to 10 vents.

The first 10 vents are covered in our 'base price'. All additional (supply and/or return) vents are billed separately. Vents cut directly into the main ducts (basement vents) are FREE.

Full length cleaning, guaranteed.

- $50 when added to an air duct cleaning service (side exhausted units).

- $100 when added to an air duct cleaning service (roof exhausted units).

- $150 when performed as the only service.

These coils carry the coolant that absorbs heat as from the air as it passes through the air handler, which cools the home. Dirty coils will not absorb nearly as much heat, resulting in slower cooling times and a higher electric bill.

Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant has 1 active ingredient (Thymol) and it is all natural. Unlike other 'sanitizers' in the industry, it actually kills the unwanted microorganisms, including: allergens (pollen, pet dander, seasonal, etc.), odor causing bacteria (rot, animal droppings and decomposition, etc.) and mold/fungi. We use a ULV fogger for a thorough coating throughout the entire system.

Whole home fans are awesome at removing heat, but when was the last time you looked up at it? It's probably pretty dirty! Add this to an air duct cleaning service and we will get it looking like new again!

This is the fan wheel that moves air through your home. It sits in a box (housing) that collects a large amount of debris. We clean all of it, including the fan blades!

After the heat has been removed from your home by the evaporator coils, it gets sent to the A/C unit to cool off so that it can continue removing heat. Similarly, dirty coils = low efficiency and a high electric bill. $50 for units that can be cleaned 'in place'. $150 for units that need taken apart.

These units don't need cleaned very often, but it's obvious when they do.

This is what most companies call 'sanitizing'. This product will NOT kill microorganisms, but it will make the air smell fresh! Non-scented and citrus scented fresheners are available.
